couldnt make my mind up whether to write a best selling novel or create a blog. due to not knowing where to start to create the next best selling novel i decided on the blog. mind you the very fact that i've managed to create a blog is a miracle. I wasn't even sure what a blog was and it is only due to remembering hearing the word on the telly that i decided to try it out. 
the reason behind this blog is to share my thoughts and feelings (mainly anger and frustration) with all of you out there that work in retail. 
I think we must have the worst and best job in the world.
you will know exactly what i mean when i say this. if we didnt have to deal with the general public we would be fine. 
i have decided that all my experiences (good and bad) will be put down in this blog as a diary. hopefully those of you out there that are bored enough to read it will get great amusement out of my experiences because i kid you not there is always something amusing happens in retail, especially food retail.
